Full or Part-Time Associate Level Naturopathic Doctor (2+ years of work experience)

Health Moves is a long standing naturopathic clinic in Woodinville, WA recently under new ownership with Drs. Lily Stokely and Michael Rak who also own several organizations One Connection Healthcare and The Health Collective. Health Moves is a well known primary care clinic in the Woodinville and surrounding area that is also known for its excellence in care around digestive health, hormone health, metabolic health, fertility care and more. Job Listing:

We are looking for an experienced clinician with 2+ years work experience to join the team. This clinician would ideally have interest and existing experience in primary care and digestive health including SIBO, IBS, IBD and MCAS. Other modalities and clinical interests welcomed beyond this. Having prior experience with Charm EHR a plus, but not mandatory. Opportunity for mentorship from other organizational providers an option if desired. Ideal start would be September or October 2026, but flexibility in start date is available for the right candidates. Once contract is agreed upon, support with insurance credentialing from the organization would occur for the candidate to become credentialed prior to start date with Regence, Premera, Lifewise and First Choice and opportunity for others if interest arises. 

Pay and Benefits:

     $65-$100K annual base salary (base salary varied depending on current existing patient base and experience level)

     Additional quarterly pay based on a 45-48% revenue split (again varies on patient based and experience level)

     Employer funded health insurance and dental insurance

     3% IRA retirement match 

     FSA/DFSA accounts 

     5 weeks paid vacation with 1 week paid sick leave 

     $1000 CE stipend annually 

     2 paid days of CE time
